The long-awaited and fully sold-out event “State of AI: Present Insights, Future Prospects” has finally happened on the 1st of February in Frankfurt! 😍 What a day it was: more than 120 inquisitive guests, curious about AI development, came together to share their insights and opinions between each other and to listen to the presentations of top-voices. 🌐
After the introduction and welcome by the host of the event, Marc Karahan from ⭕ KI Park e.V., Emily J. Ryan from Google Cloud opened the event with her keynote “Navigating the Age of AI”. She delved into recent developments in tech, such as Gemini, and shared her best practices for AI startups. Dr. Benedikt Flöter from YPOG took over from Emily with a keynote “Regulatory Changes regarding AI Implications in EU”, encouraging organizations to prepare early for the upcoming policy. Finally, Sebastian Schäfer representing 27pilots shed light at the Venture Client model, enabling AI startups to collaborate with corporates as lead partners. 🤝
After the keynotes, Christina von Heydenaber from ⭕ KI Park e.V. opened the panel discussion with Dr. Marko Petzold, CEO of Record Evolution, Shannon Kehoe, Director of Artificial Intelligence at Cleverbridge, and Jeanette Bouffier, co-founder and Product Developer at Teresa.AI. The panellists talked about their take on AI trends, adaptation to changes in the industry, and customer requests as well as their best practices to get ready for the AI year 2024. 🤖
In the closing networking session, discussions centred around AI, underscoring the importance of partnerships and connections to our AI community. 🥂 🍢
