Agentic AI in Action: Designing Intelligent Systems Beyond the Hype!

On March 13, we all dived into the world of Agentic AI at Google Berlin, exploring how AI is evolving from passive tools to intelligent, autonomous decision-makers 🤖 With insights from experts at Google Cloud, SoftServe, Deutsche Telekom IT, and PLAN D, here’s what stood out:

🔹 AI Adoption in Business – As work evolves, AI tools must adapt to meet new demands. The key to driving adoption is making AI agents accessible to business users and embedding them into routine workflows. Seamless integration into everyday tasks ensures AI becomes a natural part of operations, fostering efficiency and engagement. (David Weiner, Google Cloud)

🔹 Multi-Modality for AI Agents – Multi-modal agentic solutions bring the highest value, especially for complex interactions. They address accuracy and stability challenges but require longer execution times and introduce new security considerations due to reduced human oversight. (Oleksii Reutov, SoftServe)

🔹 Agentic AI in Telco – Agentic AI is transforming telco operations by enabling intelligent, autonomous decision-making. Dynamic tool-calling agents improve ITSM & CMDB data interaction, while knowledge graphs enhance Business Impact Analysis (BIA). AIOps agents contextualize operational data and predict risks, and Gaudia AI demonstrates LLM-powered agents for decision-making in software development. The evening also featured an introduction into Agentic AI and ⭕️KI Park ecosystem by Dr. Marc Karahan (KI Park), and an interactive panel discussion led by Dirk Schmachtenberg, MBA (PLAN D), where speakers explored challenges and future perspectives of Agentic AI.
