Event Manager (m/f/d)
Do you want to join us in developing the AI Park into Europe's leading network of companies, start-ups, research, politics and society in the field of artificial intelligence? Then you've found your dream job. We are currently looking for a COMMUNITY & EVENT MANAGER (m/f/d - 40h/week) to strengthen the team in the KI Park office in Berlin.

Your tasks
Together with the KI Park Programme Team, you will design, plan and implement community projects and events with KI Park members and ecosystem partners - and thus bring real added value to the AI scene and our members. You are the first point of contact for our startup members and integrate them into the KI Park community.
- You understand the needs of our members and the latest developments in the AI scene.
- You design new formats, workshops and programmes that are valuable for our innovator community.
- Planning and realisation of AI events in Berlin, Germany and Europe in cooperation with our members and external partners.
- Implementation of projects to orchestrate the AI Park community.
- Manage the onboarding process for new members of the KI Park community.
What you bring with you
You have at least three years of professional experience in event management, project management or community management.
You live in Berlin or are regularly travelling in the region.
You are a good listener, open-minded and take the initiative to develop creative solutions to problems.
You have organisational skills and work in a structured way.
You are curious and quickly familiarise yourself with new topics.
You are interested in innovation, enthusiastic about start-ups and support the mission of the AI Park.
You speak fluent German and English (written and spoken).
