Board of Directors of KI Park e.V.
According to its Articles of Association, the Executive Board of KI Park e.V. consists of three members: the Chairman, the First Deputy Chairman and the Second Deputy Chairman, who bears the title "Treasurer". The Executive Board of KI Park is elected by the Board of Directors. It is responsible for managing the organisation and is bound by the provisions of the Articles of Association and the resolutions of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors.
