Board of Directors of KI Park e.V.
According to its statutes, the Board of Directors of KI Park e.V. consists of three members: the Chairperson, the first Vice-Chairperson and the second Vice-Chairperson, who bears the title "Treasurer". The Executive Board of KI Park is elected by the Board of Directors. It is responsible for the management of the association, in which it is bound by the provisions of the statutes and the resolutions of the general meeting and the board of directors.
